This week we are going to do two postures that complement each other. You can’t have one without the other. There is a cat pose (Marjaryasana) and a cow pose (Bitilasana). This series gently warms and strengthens the spine, improves posture and balance, and increases coordination, preparing the body for more challenging poses. Step-by-step installation of the Cow Cat
